Although I started working in a darkroom when I was 7 years old and have gone through a range of techniques and styles to match the developments in photography, I still regard myself as always learning. My main focus these days is on pipe organ photography, but I enjoy landscapes, patterns and symmetry, experimenting with different styles - you name it, almost anything is fun to explore. Pipe organs are especially fascinating since no two in the world are alike, and the craftsmanship and beauty of so many of them is truly thrilling and awe-inspiring. Whether the pipes are far away up in a loft, or more accessible on either side of a nave or chancel, the techniques which builders have employed for centuries to cope with the limitations...

Thanks Vanessa for your very kind comments. I noticed that apparent pattern of the leaves too and can only assume it's just a coincidence. Many bikes cycle their way through this park and no doubt some cyclists took the chance to stir up a few leaves on the grass!

Love the light Peaking through and illuminating a select number of leaves. Interesting how the leaves on the ground form almost a grid pattern in the foreground.
