St Thomas Leipzig metal print by Jenny Setchell. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The famous St Thomas church in Leipzig, where Bach reigned for 27 years, sadly has no longer any of the organs that Bach would have used. The organ on the West wall was built by Wilhelm Sauer in 1889. It looks fabulous against the backdrop of the red and white vaulted ceiling.

Although I started working in a darkroom when I was 7 years old and have gone through a range of techniques and styles to match the developments in photography, I still regard myself as always learning. Pipe organs are especially fascinating since no two in the world are alike, and the craftsmanship and beauty of so many of them is truly thrilling and awe-inspiring.
